About The Position

At Anytime Dental Group, we're looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Marketing Specialist to help tell our story, grow our brand, and connect with the communities we serve. This isn't a desk-only marketing role. You'll spend time visiting our clinics, creating compelling content, supporting local events, partnering with clinic teams, and helping drive new patient growth across one of Ontario's fastest-growing dental organizations. Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing, communications, or digital media experience.
• Experience managing business social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Strong skills with Canva and Microsoft Office (Adobe Creative Suite is an asset).
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, email marketing platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel regularly between Anytime Dental Group clinic locations.
• Flexibility to occasionally attend evening or weekend community events.

Responsibilities

• Managing social media channels for Anytime Dental Group and our clinics.
• Creating engaging photos, videos, reels, graphics, and written content.
• Developing monthly content calendars and planning seasonal campaigns.
• Visiting clinics to capture team stories, patient experiences, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Monitoring engagement and supporting online reputation initiatives.
• Planning and supporting local events, sponsorships, school partnerships, and community outreach initiatives.
• Helping organize grand openings, patient appreciation events, and promotional campaigns.
• Building relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
• Supporting referral and ambassador programs that help grow our patient base.
• Executing local marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, SMS, and social channels.
• Coordinating promotional materials and ensuring consistent brand execution across all clinics.
• Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Partnering closely with Regional Directors and Clinic Managers to support local marketing initiatives.
• Visiting clinics regularly to create content and support promotional activities.
• Coordinating marketing requests and maintaining project timelines.
• Supporting exciting new clinic launches from concept to opening day.
• Coordinating launch campaigns, promotional materials, signage, digital advertising, and community outreach.
• Helping ensure every new clinic opens with strong visibility and patient engagement.
