About The Position

Kinsmen Group is seeking a driven, creative, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support our rapidly growing software and consulting business. This role will serve as a brand champion and execution partner across Kinsmen AI and our strategic partner solutions. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, this individual will play a key role in driving go-to-market execution, strengthening brand presence, coordinating campaigns, and supporting revenue-generating initiatives. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role working closely with Sales, Strategic Consulting, Customer Success, Product Development, and the BDR team to ensure marketing efforts directly support pipeline growth and recurring revenue expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience in B2B marketing environments will also be considered.
  • At least 4–8 years of B2B marketing experience in technology, software, or consulting environments.
  • Experience supporting product marketing and go-to-market initiatives for software, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems and campaign tracking (Salesforce preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, Overloop, ZoomInfo, Aircall, and LinkedIn (preferred).
  • Experience building and managing a professional LinkedIn and social media presence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with partner marketing and channel-driven campaigns preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand champion, ensuring consistency and excellence across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Create and manage marketing assets, including presentations, one-pagers, social content, case studies, and event materials that reflect Kinsmen’s commitment to excellence.
  • Partner with Customer Success to coordinate and promote the annual KINECT customer event.
  • Work closely with the BDR team to support outbound campaigns, messaging, and sequence coordination.
  • Build and manage outbound sequences in Overloop in alignment with sales initiatives.
  • Maintain ZoomInfo data quality and campaign targeting support.
  • Coordinate Salesforce campaign reporting and own marketing KPI dashboards.
  • Track and report weekly marketing KPIs to support pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting.
  • Coordinate and support trade shows, webinars, partner initiatives, and strategic marketing efforts.
  • Support public relations efforts, including press releases, award submissions, partner announcements, and media outreach coordination.
  • Manage branded merchandise strategy, sourcing, and inventory to support events, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Assist with any strategic or operational marketing needs to help move the Sales & Marketing organization forward.
