About The Position

Hellbender Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. This role aims to increase brand awareness, engage customers, and drive business growth. The specialist will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing marketing campaigns, coordinating communications, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a consistent brand presence. This position is suited for a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional who is comfortable taking ownership, working across different teams, and translating complex technical information into clear and engaging messages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience creating marketing content across multiple channels, including digital and print.
• Proficiency with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, email marketing tools, or website content management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice To Haves

• Previous marketing experience in the tech or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and other communication channels.
• Use AI copywriting and content tools to draft, iterate and personalize campaign assets, then apply human judgement to refine tone, accuracy and brand fit.
• Create compelling marketing materials including website content, blog posts, newsletters, presentations, case studies, sales collateral, and promotional assets.
• Support go-to-market activities for Hellbender products by collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams.
• Manage and maintain digital marketing assets, brand materials, and content libraries to ensure consistency across channels.
• Assist with content strategy and storytelling efforts that communicate Hellbender’s technology, mission, and customer impact.
• Support event marketing activities including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer outreach initiatives.
• Track marketing performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers and internal stakeholders to keep campaigns on brand and on schedule.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, partners, customers, and external stakeholders.
