This role involves working with the Marketing Director and Managers to execute regional marketing plans, maintain brand standards across digital platforms, support creative development, manage marketing collateral, oversee promotional item inventory, direct signage vendors, coordinate social media efforts, implement special marketing projects, schedule e-blasts, ensure deliverable timelines are met, support event planning, maintain vendor relationships, and coordinate photography for new communities. The role may also involve attending industry events and performing other assigned duties.
