Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, and/or a related field.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in advertising and marketing.
Experience developing and implementing marketing and advertising strategies.
Graphic design experience, preferably for a mortgage company, financial institution, or in the software industry.
Significant work experience in advertising or marketing specialist roles.
Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in Adobe CC Applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to learn other software used by FICS in a Windows environment.
Strong analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
