About The Position

The Pete Store is seeking a versatile multimedia Marketing Specialist with a strong background in graphic design and the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple channels. This role combines graphic design, video editing, and the day-to-day management of social media channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can move seamlessly between designing compelling marketing materials, producing engaging video content, and creating social media content that strengthens our brand and connects with our audience.

Requirements

• Strong skills in graphic design, content creation, and photo/video editing, with a keen eye for visual detail
• Excellent organizational, project coordination, and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, engaging copy for marketing and social media
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
• Experience using CapCut to create and edit video content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a solid understanding of digital and social media best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a wide range of marketing collaterals including flyers, brochures, banners, digital graphics, and other promotional materials.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, publishing, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors to source, quote, order, and manage promotional materials and branded merchandise.
• Assist with event planning and execution, including occasional travel to capture on-site photo and video content.
