About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our growth through effective marketing strategies. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for A+ Garage Doors. This role will focus on digital marketing, media buying, and managing our local business listings to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Experience with media buying and managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google Business Profile management and local SEO.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines (SEO/SEM).
  • Create engaging content for website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage and optimize website content for improved SEO performance.
  • Manage and optimize A+ Garage Doors' Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) and other local business listings.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date business information, including hours, contact details, and services offered.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings.
  • Implement strategies to improve local search visibility and drive traffic to the business.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and local advertising outlets.
  • Research and identify target audiences and optimal advertising channels.
  • Negotiate advertising rates and manage advertising budgets effectively.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic marketing decisions.
  • Work closely with the management team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
