The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing plans and executing projects that support the broader short and long-term marketing brand strategies. This role contributes to the growth of the Kay brand by developing, managing, and analyzing marketing programs that strengthen brand equity, drive consumer relevance, and support business objectives. The Marketing Specialist will work closely and collaborate with Merchandising, Social & Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Media Services & Creative, Operations, and external agencies to ensure cohesive, coordinated, and high-impact marketing execution across all touchpoints. This position also supports end-to-end campaign planning and coordination, helping bring Kay brand and product stories to life through integrated, omnichannel marketing plans aligned with sales goals and brand strategy.
