Requirements

3-5 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently while remaining organized, adaptable, and responsive to team needs.
Experience coordinating proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and business development activities.
