About The Position

The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing integrated marketing strategies across Marcon’s development projects, translating direction into structured, high-quality campaign delivery. Working closely with marketing leadership, this role supports project positioning, go-to-market planning, and multi-channel campaign execution aligned to business priorities. With ownership of project-level marketing initiatives, the Specialist ensures campaigns are coordinated, delivered on schedule, and aligned with overall strategy. The role requires strong collaboration across marketing, sales, and development teams, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistency and quality. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact real estate projects, shaping how developments are positioned and brought to market. You will work across the full marketing lifecycle—from early-stage planning through to campaign execution and launch—gaining exposure to both strategy and delivery. The role offers the chance to build expertise in integrated marketing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and strengthen your ability to drive results through data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within real estate, development, or product marketing environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing analytics tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field
