About The Position

Coilmaster, a part of Marmon P&R Group, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead and execute all marketing efforts. This role is crucial for supporting initiatives that enhance brand presence, engage customers and decision-makers, and drive growth. Coilmaster is an American-owned and operated company located in Moscow, Tennessee, with a 275,000 sq. ft. factory dedicated to quality, flexibility, and reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience within industrial or consumer products environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools used for content creation and advertising
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-starter who can manage priorities proactively and handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate with external vendors to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Support company branding efforts and develop product positioning aligned with customer demand
  • Conduct voice-of-customer research to understand customer needs, competitive positioning, and unmet opportunities
  • Perform industry and market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
  • Partner with the sales team to identify target customers and develop effective sales communications
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage trade shows and events, including logistics, materials, and follow-up activities
  • Create and curate content for social media platforms while monitoring engagement and analytics
  • Support public relations efforts, including media kits, pitches, outreach, and coverage tracking
  • Collaborate on additional marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, content creation, website updates, giveaways, company apparel, and marketing materials inventory
