About The Position

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking a Marketing & Communication Specialist to join their US Corporate Communications team. This role will focus on INDYCAR activation, customer events, social media promotion, and on-site communication support. Some travel may be required. The specialist will support brand visibility and engagement initiatives, including promoting the INDICAR sponsorship, organizing client events, hospitality programs, and trade shows, and creating content for internal communications and social media platforms.

Requirements

• Able to comply with project deadlines
• MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Video editing software
• Experience working in social media platforms and event management
• Strong organization skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Self-motivated
• Energetic and able to multi-task
• Bachelor’s degree
• Prior internship experience

Responsibilities

• Promoting our INDICAR sponsorship across marketing channels, develop content and campaigns to maximize visibility and engagement (Sponsorship activation)
• Supporting the organization of client events, hospitality programs, and trade shows including logistics, coordination and execution (Event management)
• Creating engaging content for internal communication and social media platforms such as articles, posts, visuals, videos (Content creation and Social media)
