About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining an updated database of templates for projects, staff, and consultants for both hard-copy and digital marketing materials. The candidate will work collaboratively with firm leadership to update and execute a strategic communications plan, including publication opportunities, speaking engagements, and other events.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of marketing experience in the architecture industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, marketing communications, and marketing strategy.
  • Experience with RFP processes and marketing management.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Word, and Excel.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong interest in architecture and belief in environmental responsibility.
  • Excellent organizational and management abilities.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing efforts in strategic pursuits, including client research, qualification packages, proposals, and client interviews.
  • Monitor RFQ & RFP opportunities and assist firm leadership by researching opportunities to inform go/no-go decision-making.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with firm principals and the internal marketing committee.
  • Produce quarterly e-newsletters.
  • Manage and prepare award submittments, firm rankings, and surveys for a range of design publications and institutions.
  • Create and upload content for the firm's website and intranet.
  • Coordinate professional project photography shoots and manage images.
  • Assist with other related tasks as required.
