This position is pivotal in supporting brand, marketing, and communications strategies while ensuring swift execution and high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a keen eye for detail along with strong project management capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in marketing and communications in healthcare or related field.
  • Demonstrated competence in creating various communication materials including brochures, advertisements, web content, and presentations.
  • Experience in digital advertising and familiarity with project management principles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing initiatives across various channels including website management, display advertising, online reviews, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media.
  • Contribute to the planning of marketing and communications activities by conducting research to identify relevant communication needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics including email and social campaigns, web analytics, and ROI.
  • Manage marketing calendars and schedules, coordinating campaigns, events, and related activities.
  • Develop compelling content such as articles, emails, and social media posts to support marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor online reviews and engage with customers to maintain brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Support marketing operations including project management, vendor relations, invoice processing, and policy maintenance.
