About The Position

The Marketing Specialist will manage and grow SCRC’s organic social media presence, developing engaging content that drives brand awareness and new patient leads across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years managing social media accounts
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, analytics, content strategy, and branding
  • Proficient in Canva and able to collaborate with designers
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and social platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, women’s health, fertility, or cash-pay medical marketing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow organic social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, reporting, and audience growth
  • Develop cohesive, on-brand social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms (Pinterest, X/Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Manage social content calendars and ensure timely asset delivery
  • Analyze social performance, monitor competitors, and provide actionable insights
  • Produce and execute webinars, including content development, promotion, email campaigns, and live event management
  • Capture and produce photo/video content with doctors, staff, and patients; coordinate with external creatives as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop marketing materials, presentations, and print collateral
  • Support the Marketing Director on special projects and evolving initiatives
