The Marketing Specialist will support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels and markets. The ideal candidate will help coordinate growth strategies that drive customer engagement, subscriber growth, and brand visibility. This role involves assisting in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across various channels, including performance marketing, direct marketing, and field or guerrilla marketing tactics. The specialist will support campaign development, including audience segmentation, offer development, messaging, creative coordination, and deployment across markets. Collaboration with internal teams, graphic designers, and external agencies for marketing assets and campaign materials is key. The role also includes coordinating audience segmentation, targeting, and marketing lists, monitoring and evaluating campaign performance, compiling reports, and assisting with campaign planning, production coordination, and budget tracking. Data management and analysis of mailing lists with external partners are also part of the responsibilities.
