About The Position

Nippon Shokken U.S.A., the No.1 sauce company in Japan, is seeking a Marketing Specialist in West Sacramento, CA. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that facilitate the sales process, ultimately contributing to increased revenue. The Marketing department is tasked with creating strategies and systems that drive sales.

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
Ability to stand and/or sit for 8 hours a day or longer
Strong communication and organizational skills
Coachable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools
Ability to effectively use Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms
Strong mathematical skills, including calculating yield rates, ratios, and cost accounting
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of statistics is preferred

Responsibilities

Report to the office daily to provide updates on progress, challenges, and future plans to the supervisor.
Plan, produce, and manage marketing and promotional materials.
Execute and analyze marketing-driven sales campaigns.
Distribute successful case studies to customers through e-marketing and email campaigns (e-blasts).
Manage the company website and optimize SEO through content creation.
Monitor and manage company social media platforms and support recruitment/training processes.
Go on business trips, accompany sales activities, and do market research in accordance with the supervisor’s instructions.
