About The Position

Help connect our communities to exceptional healthcare by creating impactful marketing campaigns that inspire engagement and build awareness. This role supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote hospital services and community health programs. The specialist will assist in creating and distributing marketing materials across digital and print channels, ensuring messaging aligns with hospital branding and compliance standards. Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is key to coordinating campaigns and events that enhance patient engagement and awareness. The role involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies, preparing reports on campaign performance, and maintaining marketing databases to support efficient workflow and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing software or digital communication tools.
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, events, or promotional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing, branding, and compliance standards.
