About The Position

HLG is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their Marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing the creation and execution of engaging organic social content while supporting a variety of key marketing initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to help ensure cohesive messaging and consistent execution across all platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized, with a passion for both storytelling and strategic coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or communication role.
  • Strong communication skills and writing skills, with an eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, social insights, and reporting dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish content across all Hensley Legal Group social platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages to engage followers and build community.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to source imagery, video, and graphics that align with brand messaging.
  • Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content strategy.
  • Track social performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
  • Support the Marketing Director and Digital Director with data reports, presentations, and marketing analysis.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including promotional materials, vendor communications, and on-site support.
  • Manage and update marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and promotional schedules.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing assets and materials for easy access and brand consistency.
  • Support the Marketing Director by attending and assisting with occasional marketing and networking events held both during and outside of regular business hours.
