About The Position

The Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in driving qualified leads and fueling the sales pipeline. This position focuses heavily on planning, executing, and optimizing lead‑generation campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate is data‑driven, creative, and skilled at turning marketing activities into measurable revenue impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing or lead generation roles.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation tactics and funnel optimization.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and landing page builders.
  • Ability to write or edit marketing copy that converts.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams in a revenue‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi‑channel lead‑gen campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert prospects.
  • Build and manage campaigns across email, paid ads, social media, landing pages, and content syndication.
  • Use CRM and automation tools to segment audiences, score leads, and optimize nurture workflows.
  • Partner with content and design teams to create compelling assets (eBooks, webinars, case studies, ads) that drive conversions.
  • Track KPIs such as MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality, smooth handoff, and feedback loops for ongoing optimization.
  • Test messaging, creative, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor competitor activity, audience behavior, and industry trends to inform strategy.
