We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to support key demand generation initiatives, accelerate go-to-market execution, and scale marketing operations through data, automation, and AI. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of demand generation, content, digital marketing, marketing operations, etc. Whether you’re more drawn to building engaging campaigns and messaging workflows or optimizing marketing processes and automation, we want someone who can take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and help improve our go-to-market efficiency. If you have experience in HubSpot, AI, and automation, we’d love to hear from you. This is a hybrid role, based out of HYPR’s New York City headquarters located conveniently in midtown Manhattan. The role is expected to be available for 3-4 days a week in the office / remote on other days. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing team, as well as executive leaders engaged in customer and prospect discovery.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience; internship experience will be considered for recent graduates.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot is highly desirable.
  • Innovative thinker with a willingness to test boundaries and explore new ideas.
  • Team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience in AI and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including organic social media, paid digital marketing, and email marketing.
  • Support the creation and optimization of landing pages, nurture sequences, and paid digital strategy to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Utilize HubSpot for building email workflows, sequences, and managing marketing automation tasks.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to improving team go-to-market efficiency by identifying opportunities for automation and process enhancements, such as automating social media posting.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, particularly in AI and automation, to propose innovative marketing strategies.
