About the Role The Marketing Specialist supports New Pioneer’s marketing and communications efforts across digital, in store, and community channels. This role blends creative execution with coordination and follow through, helping ensure campaigns, messaging, and day to day communications are clear, consistent, and well executed. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director, Graphic Artists, store teams, and internal and external partners to support ongoing marketing initiatives and community engagement.

Requirements

Experience in marketing, communications, or related work
Strong writing and editing skills
Comfort working across digital platforms and content tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Clear communication and collaborative approach
Interest in community based, values driven work

Responsibilities

Support social media, email, and digital content development across platforms
Assist with campaign planning, execution, and wrap up reporting
Write and edit copy for emails, web content, social posts, and promotional materials
Support website updates, content organization, and basic page layouts
Coordinate marketing requests and timelines across departments
Support in store signage placement and marketing execution
Assist with events, outreach efforts, internal campaigns, and vendor coordination
Help maintain brand consistency across written and visual communications
