About The Position

Nadia Care is dedicated to improving maternal and birth outcomes, particularly for underserved communities. We aim to transform the maternity care experience by providing meaningful and compassionate support to expectant mothers and their families. Our mission involves building trust-based engagement and offering wrap-around support, both virtually and in-person, to ensure a joyful and successful pregnancy journey. We assist members with care navigation, doula support, lactation, nutrition, housing, transportation, and other essential needs, leveraging technology for virtual engagement. Nadia Care complements, rather than replaces, primary obstetric care by addressing health-related social needs not typically covered by doctors' offices. Requirements

  • 2-5 years of work experience in healthcare marketing
  • Excellent English grammar, strong copywriting, and precise proofreading skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Motivated by a mission-driven organization and passionate about healthcare
  • Authorized to work and located in the United States
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and rolling up your sleeves to get things done, even with lean resources

Nice To Haves

  • Design experience is a major plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Design experience (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, video editing experience)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and project management tools (Asana, Jira, Confluence)
  • Hands-on experience updating and managing content on CMS platforms like Squarespace, WordPress, or Webflow, working comfortably within existing templates without needing to design or manage the site from scratch
  • Prior experience owning social media messaging and B2C digital marketing strategies
  • Marketing experience in healthcare environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine updates and minor design adjustments to existing marketing materials, ensuring brochures, flyers, and digital assets are organized, current, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Support project workflows and deadlines in Asana, maintain and update SOPs, growth team call scripts, field services collateral, pitch decks, and messaging guidelines.
  • Manage vendor relationships for ordering physical marketing materials within budget, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Assist in setting up an online storefront for field teams.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and phone outreach.
  • Copywrite, create, schedule, and execute a content calendar across social platforms, monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and track performance metrics.
  • Lead the process for brand giveaways and promotional merchandise, including sourcing, inventory management, and distribution logistics.
  • Design and maintain a library of high-performing, visually appealing, mobile-responsive email templates within the CRM or email marketing platform.
  • Build and manage campaign tracking assets (UTM parameters, short links, QR codes) for attribution and analytics. Calculate event and campaign effectiveness, develop reporting templates, and deliver monthly/quarterly KPIs.
  • Collaborate with program leaders to generate content for the quarterly digital newsletter, handling writing, design, proofing, distribution, and blog publishing. Maintain website content and assist with digital projects.
  • Serve as the primary contact for inbound group email inquiries, responding with empathy, discretion, and professionalism, and routing emails to appropriate teams.
