About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, tech-forward Marketing Specialist & Project Coordinator to drive content creation, campaign execution, AI-powered workflows, global collaboration, and cross-brand marketing operations. This role requires a strong blend of creative strategy, content production, analytics, automation, problem-solving and structured project coordination. The ideal candidate understands not only how to execute marketing initiatives — but how to create synergy across channels, brands, and business units to maximize measurable impact. Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, digital media, or related field

  • Requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a project management position leading people operations teams in a fast paced high-growth organization
  • Strong business acumen and expert communicator
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining a high-performance organization and engaged culture
  • Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and multi-task many priorities in a fast paced, project-oriented business
  • Ability to solve problems, deal with gray space and ambiguity at times and demonstrate intuitive judgment
  • Demonstrated previous experience developing strong relationships across all levels of the organization with the ability to influence
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English is required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple business groups and countries within the division
  • Collaborate effectively across global time zones
  • Maintain clear communication and alignment between teams
  • Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met across region
  • Develop creative concepts for print and digital advertising campaigns
  • Write compelling ad copy aligned with brand positioning
  • Maintain strong brand consistency across multiple business units
  • Demonstrate strategic judgment in prioritizing high-impact projects
  • Ensure marketing initiatives align across platforms to create integrated impact
  • Manage creative review and approval workflows (PageProof experience preferred)
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with industry publications and media contacts
  • Develop and distribute press releases strategically to maximize exposure
  • Identify opportunities for editorial placements, client testimonial features, and thought leadership
  • Understand how to align PR efforts with broader marketing campaigns
  • Proactively identify opportunities to create synergy between trade shows, digital campaigns, content, and media outreach
  • Film and edit high-quality marketing videos (corporate, product, social, event)
  • Manage YouTube channel optimization (SEO titles, descriptions, tags, retention strategies)
  • Design high-converting custom thumbnails
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form digital asset
  • Utilize advanced AI tools beyond basic prompting (agents, structured workflows, automation systems)
  • Build scalable AI-driven content engine
  • Implement automation using tools such as Zapier
  • Continuously research and suggest/deploy emerging AI and marketing technologies
  • Develop and deploy email campaigns and automated sequences
  • Execute SMS marketing campaigns
  • Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization
  • Maintain segmentation, list hygiene, and deliverability best practices
  • Write and publish good-GEO blogs across brands’ websites
  • Draft and distribute press releases on news-worthy products, events, applications, & announcements
  • Support leadership with presentations or decks
  • Be able to create and work with graphic design to create social media graphics, digital ads, and email visuals
  • Maintain content calendars and posting cadence
  • Align social, email, PR, events, and paid media into cohesive campaigns
  • Constantly create creative posts to drive sales opportunities and synergies among businesses under the division
  • Complete show page media in different show portals
  • Work with graphic designer to deliver digital/print show ads before deadlines booth visual display
  • Create compilation videos for TVs in booth for good visual display
  • Be a part of preparing and coordinating trade show logistics
  • Assist with vendor communication, ordering, event billing and interco chargebacks calculation
  • Develop booth graphics and promotional materials
  • Execute pre- and post-event campaigns (email, social, PR, direct mailing, Ads etc.)
  • Create and improve SOPs for MKT, production, logistics to streamline processes
  • Prioritize projects strategically based on measurable business impact
  • Manage timelines and deliverables across different teams involved
  • Use project management tools in Teams to track/plan execution
  • Ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within scope and budget
  • Demonstrate strong organizational discipline and deadline accountability
  • Generate recurring weekly / monthly marketing performance reports
  • Track KPIs and provide actionable insights
  • Monitor attribution and conversion performance
  • Recommend data-driven improvements
