About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Marketing & Public Relations Activation Coordinator to support key initiatives across our Marketing, Sales, and Public Relations teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, collaborate across functions, and help bring strategic marketing and PR projects to life. As a Marketing & Public Relations Activation Coordinator, you will play a hands-on role in supporting marketing and sales activation efforts while also helping expand our PR reach, strengthen media relationships, and amplify customer success stories.

Requirements

  • Basic familiarity with marketing concepts, media relations, or content development is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional marketing projects designed to activate and enable various direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Support various internal and external marketing and AI Lab programs and events.
  • Help manage project timelines, deliverables, follow-ups, and status reporting to ensure initiatives move forward smoothly and reach completion.
  • Assist in developing and organizing marketing, sales, and internal communications assets, presentations, and supporting collateral.
  • Conduct basic research to identify insights that inform marketing strategies and customer engagement opportunities.
  • Coordinate updates between marketing, PR, and sales partners to maintain alignment and ensure timely progress.
  • Assist with outreach to journalists, media outlets, and industry publications to help extend our brand narrative and visibility.
  • Update and maintain materials needed for PR outreach, such as media lists, background messaging briefs, and pitch drafts.
  • Support the creation of new media materials, such as byline articles, talking points, podcast angles and message briefs, in support of cross-brand storytelling efforts.
  • Contribute to internal communications needs by helping draft internal updates, gathering content inputs, and supporting cross‑team messaging alignment.
  • Support the award applications process and pipeline, ensuring submission deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Facilitate PR team partnership with Customer Success to help identify customer story opportunities and support early-stage conversations that may lead to case studies, media features, or speaking engagements.
  • Track and maintain documentation of PR activities, award calendars, and media engagement records.
  • Gather and compile basic PR performance metrics (media activity summaries, coverage tracking, etc.) to support PR reporting.
