About The Position

The Marketing Specialist II supports global sales functions by applying specialized marketing services across the parent brand and its subsidiaries. This role develops and executes marketing initiatives for external audiences while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (required)
  • 5+ years Highly organized, extremely professional talent who understand brand guidelines how to create and navigate compliance to marketing functions to support fast-paced sales and go-to-market brand requests (required)
  • 5+ years Ability to instruct and collaborate with various levels of the organization, while guiding peers with instructions, processes, and SOPs to regulate and uphold consistent brand requirements. (required)
  • 5+ years of professional marketing or corporate marketing department (required)
  • 5+ years Work experience in a corporate, global role who has worked with a book of brands to develop, promote and constantly evolve brand awareness in a global role. (required)
  • Intermediate to advance computer skills (Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Zoom)
  • Marketing professional with the ability to engage and apply brand with marketing channels and initiatives
  • Ability to engage with wide audiences (internal and externally)
  • Attention to uphold brand while executing creative implementation
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing

Nice To Haves

  • Working understanding of SharePoint, Asana, Canva, intranet, exhibitor portals.

Responsibilities

  • Support team members in developing PowerPoint templates, master slides, and presentations by demonstrating advanced skills in template creation, refreshing existing materials, and introducing new slide designs tailored to customer‑facing service messages within targeted vertical markets.
  • Manage global facility branding and signage projects, including participation in status meetings, creation of layout plans, coordination with vendors, review and approval of proofs, and delivery of comprehensive project status reports.
  • Design and produce external and internal website graphics, as well as social media content, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Develop booth graphics that align with brand standards, ensuring high‑quality visual execution using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Oversee departmental administrative processes, including invoicing, e‑commerce platform inventory maintenance, MARCOM ticketing requests, and proofing of materials.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
