Job Summary This position is responsible for driving market research, product marketing, event coordination, digital communications, and PR/advertising initiatives for technical B2B products. The role includes managing secondary and primary research (such as NPS surveys), shaping product positioning and messaging with product managers, and creating marketing materials like presentations, case studies, and white papers. The role also leads the planning and execution of tradeshows and events, overseeing logistics, booth setup, communications, and post-event lead management in C4C. Digital responsibilities include managing online campaigns, producing web and social content, and supporting website updates. Additionally, the position coordinates PR efforts, media planning, editorial opportunities, and advertising activities in collaboration with agencies and publishers.
