Responsibilities

  • Drive and support new customer acquisition for B2B fabric accounts, with a focus on boutique lifestyle brands, home décor labels, makers, independent designers, and emerging retail concepts.
  • Build and maintain a qualified prospect pipeline using brand research, market insights, inbound lead follow-up, and campaign performance signals.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and ecommerce teams to support account launch strategies that move prospects from discovery and sampling through first order and repeat purchase.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of Spoonflower’s fabric, wallpaper, home décor product offerings to help prospects understand the right solutions for their sourcing, sampling, customization, and production needs.
  • Develop prospect-facing marketing collateral, pitch materials, product education resources, and account-specific presentations that clearly communicate Spoonflower’s value proposition.
  • Coordinate with Customer Support to support customer onboarding, sample requests, pricing inputs, order flow, and customer success.
  • Track acquisition and marketing performance KPIs, including qualified pipeline, customer launch rate, first-order conversion, campaign engagement, lead quality, digital channel conversion, reorder rate, revenue, and margin.
  • Monitor prospect and customer behavior across outreach, landing pages, email, paid and organic channels, sampling activity, purchase behavior, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and friction points.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and Analytics to develop campaign reporting that connects channel performance, audience insights, account health, and revenue contribution to recommended next steps.
