Responsibilities but not limited to: Lead the entire lifecycle of in-store, grand opening, and external booth events from conceptualization to post-event reporting Execute high-impact local activations and ad placements at community festivals to maximize brand visibility and customer acquisition Collaborate with purchasing team to develop and execute product-focused promotions that drive sales and store traffic Build full-funnel, 360 degree marketing strategies for product launches Execute and optimize Google and Meta ad campaigns for maximum performance Analyze KPI's to generate actionable insights that enhance targeting and creative strategies Conduct competitor research and execute marketing activities to ensure cross-channel strategy implementation Manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI, optimizing resource allocation and tracking program performance Build strong relationships with store managers to provide guidance and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
