This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the Citywide Special Events Department. Coordinators are expected to act as the Supervisor for assigned Events/Promotions, create presentations, prepare for meetings, and maintain relationships with internal departments and vendors. The position also involves assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, adhering to company policies and attendance guidelines, enforcing Project 21 policies by monitoring for underage gamblers, and suggesting products, services, and experiences to guests. Other duties may be assigned.
