The Consumer Bank Checking Acquisition & Marketing Analytics team is looking for a Senior Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving new consumer household and checking portfolio growth. This is a hands-on role for someone developing their career in business analytics who is eager to learn and ready for marketing campaign and forecast ownership. This Senior Analyst will own segmentation, forecasting, and reporting for a variety of Direct Mail campaigns aimed at booking new customers and deepening existing relationships. They will also play a critical role in building out new strategies that are unlocked from new technology, like Pre-Approval campaigns and personalized pricing tests. This person will build campaign files, develop and maintain critical reporting dashboards, support audience segmentation strategy, and contribute to marketing spend forecasts. The ideal candidate is proficient in SQL, has experience building dashboards for reporting, is detail-oriented, and dependable under tight timelines. This person must be comfortable asking challenging questions, double-checking their work and the work of teammates, and sense checking existing strategies.
