About The Position

McGregor PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a community-based service program that provides in-home healthcare services to the elderly as an alternative to nursing home placement, allowing Seniors to remain at home. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Marketing Representative to join our team at PACE. As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for clerical support, inbound lead calls, day-to-day administrative duties, and maintaining collateral inventory. Plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing department and the entire admission process with a high attention to detail as it relates to data entry into various electronic systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years customer service background in an office setting required; ability to work in fast fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of three to five years' experience working in a home or community-based health/social services organization.
  • Excellent verbal/computer skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills; Sales skills plus.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Flexible, energetic, reliable, goal/detail-oriented individual with the ability to prioritize workloads must.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Answer Marketing Department telephones, triage calls to the appropriate marketing representative in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in data entry for prospective McGregor PACE enrollers in the electronic software systems. Imputing admission data and demographics into the electronic medical record maintaining data integrity.
  • Clerical duties include creating literature/marketing packets as requested, managing the collateral, and keeping an active inventory list for McGregor PACE, scheduling appointments, copying, faxing, and emailing.
  • Proficient in navigating and updating the customer relationship management system (CRM) in a timely manner.
  • Serves as liaison to participants/families, facilitating tours as requested, providing McGregor PACE program education and relationship building.
  • Works collaboratively with the public, Marketing staff and interdisciplinary team in all aspects of communication to effectively facilitate McGregor PACE business.
  • Completes the withdrawal process, including the state system as well as the Medicaid system and puts a note in the EMR documenting the withdrawal process.
  • Does not participate in any marketing practices that are prohibited by PACE regulations (§460.82): a) discrimination of any kind, excepting age; b) activities that could mislead or confuse potential participants or misrepresent the PACE organization, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and/or the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services; c) provide gifts or payments of any form to induce enrollment; d) contracting outreach efforts to individuals or organizations solely for enrollment purposes; e) unsolicited door-to-door marketing.
