About The Position

Make a difference. As a Marketing Representative, you will provide high-level administrative support while assisting with the planning, implementation, and execution of the company's sales and marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key resource in supporting executive leadership, coordinating communications and projects, and contributing to marketing and sales-related activities.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in administrative support, sales support, marketing, or a related business function.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business applications.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Four-year degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field, preferred.
Executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders.
Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business operations.

Responsibilities

Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, travel coordination, and record management.
Support sales and marketing initiatives through event coordination, promotional materials, market research, and reporting.
Analyze data and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support business objectives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidential information and supporting strategic projects.
