About The Position

Neishloss & Fleming, LLC is a nationally recognized distributor of the nation’s leading Medicare plans, serving agents for over 40 years. They prioritize agent and agency success by offering an in-house graphic design team for marketing materials and hands-on agent support. As a Medicare FMO, their goal is to help independent agents succeed in the Senior Market. This role involves recruiting and engaging agents to grow their business with Neishloss & Fleming, learning from a close-knit team, and bringing a strong work ethic and passion for growth. Requirements

  • Recruitment background preferred
  • Strong Initiative/self-starter
  • Work well as a member of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (typing, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of recruiting, sales, business development, marketing, or customer acquisition experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire for professional growth
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working in a call-driven or metrics-based environment preferred
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems for lead management and relationship tracking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Comfortable working toward recruiting and performance goals

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in insurance, Medicare, financial services, or agency recruitment experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard independent insurance agents and agencies to partner with Neishloss & Fleming
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, social media, and other lead-generation activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing agents
  • Educate agents on available Medicare, Life, and Health insurance products and carrier opportunities
  • Schedule and conduct recruiting presentations and introductory meetings
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing teams to support agent growth initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities within CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed monthly recruiting and activity goals
  • Attend industry events, webinars, conferences, and training sessions as needed
  • Follow all company, carrier, and regulatory guidelines related to agent recruitment and contracting
