About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Representative with an outgoing personality and financial motivation to work at its resort in Branson. The role combines vacation ownership marketing with concierge services and customer support. The representative promotes and books vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini-vacation packages for eligible on-site owners, guests, and visitors, while helping guests discover local dining, attractions, and activities. The position also supports marketing program implementation and tracking while representing the company professionally.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven sales, sales-related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and the ability to learn.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of previous experience working in the timeshare industry.
• Thorough understanding of the area and the ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini-vacation packages for eligible on-site owners, guests, and visitors.
• Provide concierge services by recommending local dining experiences and attractions while communicating ownership opportunities.
• Distribute approved promotional information and provide excellent customer service while projecting a professional company image.
• Assist with implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs.
