About The Position

Ready to meet guests, share the island, and build your career while earning strong incentives? In this guest-facing marketing role, you will be stationed at high-traffic visitor locations. Your responsibilities will include greeting travelers, sharing local tips, and inviting eligible guests to schedule a time to learn more about vacation ownership. You will not be closing a sale on the spot, but rather creating a great first impression and setting quality appointments. The company offers a $2,500 incentive guarantee per month for up to 6 months to help you build confidence and grow into a high-performing marketing professional. Team Members can expect to earn $17.00 per hour, plus commission and bonuses, with targeted annual earnings of $60,000, and top performers earning more. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with shifts between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English, speaking, reading, writing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, confident learning new systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with metrics, goals, and incentive-based pay is beneficial
  • Strong Hawai‘i Island knowledge is also a plus
  • Previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience can help—but we’re happy to train the right person

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors in a friendly, respectful way and start short conversations
  • Ask what guests love most about their trip and share quick recommendations for dining, shopping, and local highlights around Waikoloa
  • Provide useful information about Hawai‘i Island—beaches, scenic drives, cultural sites, family-friendly activities, and planning tips using approved resources
  • When available, share eligible offers, promotions, or discounts using approved materials (accuracy and compliance matter!)
  • Invite eligible guests to interact directly to discover more about vacation ownership
  • Schedule guest appointments for presentations and previews (plus mini-vacation packages when applicable) and clearly explain where to go, when to arrive, and what to expect
  • Enter accurate guest/appointment info into basic systems (tablet, iPad, or PC), keep your space organized, and work toward daily and weekly goals with coaching
