About The Position

In this guest-facing marketing role, you will be stationed at high-traffic visitor locations. Your responsibilities will include greeting travelers, sharing local tips, and inviting eligible guests to schedule a time to learn more about vacation ownership. This role focuses on creating a positive first impression and setting quality appointments, rather than closing sales on the spot. The company offers a $2,500 incentive guarantee per month for up to 6 months to support new team members in building confidence and developing their skills.

Requirements

• Enjoy meeting new people and keeping conversations light, helpful, and fun.
• Ability to work when guests are out enjoying the day.
• Ability to work shifts between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
