Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other related degree
Nice To Haves
- Previous related internship experience
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate junior
- Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in InDesign, Illustrator, and other Adobe Suite programs.
- A basic understanding of construction and generally accepted business practices
- Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills and show initiative and leadership
- Showcase a positive and professional attitude and solid customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and can effectively handle multiple competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to gather information and insights to support proposal content.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect necessary data and materials.
- Help develop and maintain a centralized site to elevate proposal quality and consistency across the organization.
- Continuously improve the tools and resources set in place for proposal development.
- Support the proposal team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
