About The Position
The Marketing Project Support role is the engine behind everything that makes marketing run smoothly. This role focuses on logistics, coordination, scheduling, and high-volume execution—ensuring that the right materials, assets, and systems are in place. If you love bringing order to complexity, thrive on checklists and timelines, and take pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this role is for you. The successful candidate will work from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable managing logistics, timelines, and multiple moving pieces
- Collaborator with strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with websites, and HTML’s
Nice To Haves
- Experience in marketing operations, coordination, or project support is an asset
Responsibilities
- Maintain sample inventory and packaging standards
- Coordinate logistics for approximately 15 conferences annually
- Work within a team environment to build and execute marketing campaigns
- Support website updates by coordinating inputs, reviews, and approvals
- Assist with HTML deployment, ensuring content is ready and timed correctly
