The project manager for the Marketing Communications team plays a key role in driving the strategic marketing and communications vision of Creighton University. This role manages complex projects from start to finish and supports the day-to-day work of cross-functional team. The project manager ensures that campaigns and projects are completed on time and within scope by establishing deadlines and tracking and communicating the progress of projects. This position helps ensure that the team is focused on projects that drive strategic impact and move Creighton University forward. The ideal candidate will bring attention to detail, impressive organizational skills and a desire to create efficiency. The project manager should be a strong communicator and collaborator who is strategically minded: able to see how individual projects fit into broader marketing goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of content strategy and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
