This position is based at the Oklahoma City Corporate office. The Marketing Project Coordinator will receive work orders, prioritize workload based on deadlines and the Director of Marketing. They will communicate with customers and other departments for additional information required for a project, provide rough concept options, and request, revise, and get approval from the Director of Marketing and customer before proceeding with producing the final content. The role involves outsourcing print production to local facilities, managing delivery and installation of assets, and delivering digital assets to relevant teams. The coordinator will receive feedback from the Director of Marketing and must meet deadlines. Projects include in-store display signs, digital billboards, newspaper ads, magazine ads, hang signs, web ads, and email ads. Other duties may be assigned by management.
