About The Position

This position is based at the Oklahoma City Corporate office. The Marketing Project Coordinator will receive work orders, prioritize workload based on deadlines and the Director of Marketing. They will communicate with customers and other departments for additional information required for a project, provide rough concept options, and request, revise, and get approval from the Director of Marketing and customer before proceeding with producing the final content. The role involves outsourcing print production to local facilities, managing delivery and installation of assets, and delivering digital assets to relevant teams. The coordinator will receive feedback from the Director of Marketing and must meet deadlines. Projects include in-store display signs, digital billboards, newspaper ads, magazine ads, hang signs, web ads, and email ads. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Producing accurate and high-quality work.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Expert knowledge of latest computer packages used for graphic design.
  • Outstanding communications skills (visual, verbal, and written).
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 traffic violations or 1 chargeable accident within the past three years.

Responsibilities

  • Receive work orders and prioritize workload based on deadlines and the Director of Marketing.
  • Communicate to customers and other departments for additional information required for a project.
  • Provide rough concept options.
  • Request, revise and get approval from Director of Marketing and customer.
  • Proceed with producing the final content.
  • Outsource print production to local production facilities and have them deliver, and install in some cases, assets to our customers.
  • Deliver all digital assets to the teams responsible for posting the creative content.
  • Receive constructive feedback and direction from Director of Marketing.
  • Do not miss deadlines.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by management.
