This role is fully located on-site at the Oklahoma City offices. The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for managing various marketing projects from conception to completion. This includes receiving work orders, prioritizing tasks, communicating with customers and internal departments, developing rough concepts, requesting and revising approvals, producing final content, outsourcing print production, and delivering digital assets. The role requires adherence to deadlines and receiving feedback from the Director of Marketing. Projects can range from in-store display signs and digital billboards to newspaper ads, magazine ads, web ads, and email ads. The position also involves performing other duties as directed by management.
