Arizona’s Family is looking for a multi-talented Marketing Producer who isn't afraid to wear many hats—someone who is obsessed with great design, killer cinematography, and the power of local journalism. You also know how to create compelling packages for clients and community partners that help deliver success. We don’t just make commercials; we create emotional connections that empower our community. If you’re a "run-and-gun" pro who can also command a big-budget studio shoot, we want to see your reel!

Requirements

• A killer creative reel: You have a portfolio that proves you’re a master of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and the art of cinematography.
• Versatile shooting skills: You’re just as comfortable with a "run-and-gun" docu-style shoot as you are leading a polished studio promotion.
• Digital-first mindset: You understand current advertising trends and know exactly how to optimize content for social and streaming platforms.
• Exceptional writing: You can craft scripts that are creative, conversational, emotionally resonant, and memorable.
• A "can-do" attitude: You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and pride yourself on being the ultimate team player with the ability to pivot.
• Technical expertise: Solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci, and After Effects is a must.
• 3 years' experience in a major market promotions department

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Film/Video or another related field a plus

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high-energy brand campaigns across every platform we own—broadcast, digital, social, and streaming.
• Use your expert videography, lighting, and sound design skills to produce spots that look as good as they feel.
• Create thumb-stopping social media and digital content that speaks the language of our audience on Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
• Work closely with leadership to prioritize marketing initiatives and ensure our daily plans for on-air and outside media are executed flawlessly.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal departments and community organizations to elevate Arizona’s Family brand.
• Provides excellent customer service + delivers client success - Works well with lifestyle team. Understands the client's vision and kpi's and then delivers success through campaigns and storytelling.
