About The Position

The Marketing Process Owner (MPO) strategically plans for the development of new platforms and processes, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and are compatible with internal standards. This role involves gathering business requirements, developing standards and processes to optimize efficiency and maintain consistency, and understanding technical specifications of digital assets to collaborate on platform integration. The MPO actively engages in discussions about technical solutions to determine the best fit for business needs.

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience supporting Digital and non-personal promotion.
  • Vendor/Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge/experience of Project Analyst, Project Manager or related experience.
  • Solid Project Management/Vendor Management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of relational technology with the ability to analyze, interpret and communicate findings to internal/external business partners.
  • Experience working in a Regulated industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Agency experience a plus.
  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing and non-personal promotion campaigns.
  • General technical understanding of marketing database technology.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of direct marketing processes.
  • Knowledge and expertise in customer data management.
  • Familiarity working in Pharma industry and/or Agency is a Plus.

Responsibilities

  • Understand data models and data flows to facilitate discussions between third parties and team members, ensuring that Data feeds are developed and included when tactics are developed.
  • Collaborate with Brand leadership to support development of tactics/campaigns aligned with BI's business rules and best practices.
  • Participate in brand planning and develop annual tactical plans aligned with brand objectives.
  • Coordinate training and conduct audits of applications to ensure best practices are being applied across partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Brand leads to identify major milestones and strategically plan, develop, and implement LinkedIn promotional campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement related to the execution of integrated multichannel marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as a project owner and both participate and lead MLR reviews as needed, to advance the approved initiative.
  • Display behavior and judgment that consistently upholds Hibbert ACT values.
  • Support occasional travel as needed.
  • Perform other duties/responsibilities as deemed appropriate by management.
