Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience working in process, project, or program management
• Requires knowledge and experience in the financial industry; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce, e-OSCAR, credit dispute experience
• Familiarity with the NCRAs, CFPB, FTC, and the consumer credit regulatory environment
• Excellent communication, writing and problem- solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with business, legal and compliance to support development of policy and procedures
• Support the process of reviewing and updating the current policies, procedures, and E2E process documentation
• Process Owner of several core processes (SME, continuous improvement)
• Work collaboratively across the departments to help improve specific business process to include Core, Specialty and/or Data furnisher connections
• Work across the channels to help ensure consistency across processes
• Identifies and solves a range of problems in straightforward situations
• Makes decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own work
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines and deliver quality results
