Our Marketing Operations team sits within the Corporate Marketing function and serves as a globally focused, enterprise team responsible for advancing marketing capabilities at Baxter and improving how marketing works across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you will improve marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI through process optimization, change management, and adoption of marketing technology. You will partner cross-functionally with the Marketing Technology Manager and commercial teams to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure tools and processes are embedded into daily work and sustained over time.
