This role will act as the operational core of the marketing department, focusing on enhancing planning, execution, measurement, reporting, technology, and cross-functional collaboration across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about systems, process improvement, analytics, project management, and transforming complex operations into clear, efficient workflows. You will collaborate with various teams including Creative, Ecommerce, Growth, Athletes & Influencers, Events, Lifecycle, Amazon, Product Development, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely, accurate, and optimized marketing initiatives.
