Requirements

Associate's degree in marketing, design, print, or a related field.
Experience in developing effective marketing strategies.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
Solid command of Adobe Suite programs.
Exceptional communication and formal presentation skills.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Effective time management skills.
A keen eye for detail.
Creativity.
Flexibility to adapt to changing demands.

Nice To Haves

Prior knowledge of the beverage industry.
Strong print production skillset or previous experience in print.

Responsibilities

Design eye-catching graphics and signage using Adobe Creative Suite.
Produce and distribute POS and merchandising materials.
Prepare essential documents for presentations.
Craft engaging marketing content for internal and external audiences.
Manage incentive programs during high-focus periods, ensuring timely and accurate reports.
Create training materials for Home Market and On-Premise teams.
Maintain website and social media content.
