About The Position

This role assists with communications needs across Baptist Health South Florida, including public relations efforts, media relations, social media, internal and external publication production, and special event planning and implementation. The position also provides administrative support for the Marketing & Public Relations manager or director. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to work effectively in a team environment, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Journalism, Communications or Public Relations.
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge of latest social media platforms and trends for business.
• Bilingual a plus.
• 2 Years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with communications needs across Baptist Health South Florida including public relations efforts, media relations, social media, internal and external publication production and special event planning and implementation.
• Provide administrative support for Marketing & Public Relations manager or director.
• Maintain demonstrated competency in the use of AI tools to enhance work quality, productivity, and efficiency; appropriately incorporates AI into daily responsibilities while exercising required human judgment, oversight, and adherence to all Baptist Health standards and policies.
