About The Position

This job is responsible for delivering either small end-to-end or large specialized portions of a marketing initiative or program. Key responsibilities include using advanced analysis and problem solving to recommend improvements and solutions, owning the delivery of primary components for small to medium marketing products/processes or secondary components for large/medium initiatives. Job expectations include working with senior management within the Marketing team to deliver solutions based on a defined set of project/program goals. Email Platform Manager: Responsible for day-to-day management of the Global Banking email platform, ensuring stability, compliance, and execution of the platform roadmap. Partners across Marketing, Technology, and Risk to deliver scalable solutions aligned with SPI and bank standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in email marketing and digital channel management
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Knowledge of risk, controls, and governance in a regulated environment
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Responsibilities

  • Manage platform operations, including system health, issue resolution, and user support
  • Execute platform roadmap and enhancements aligned to business priorities
  • Ensure adherence to SPI processes, controls, and governance standards
  • Lead delivery of platform initiatives (requirements, development, testing, deployment)
  • Coordinate across Marketing, Technology, and Operations stakeholders
  • Support change management including training, communication, and adoption
